Soft latching power switch with inrush current limiting

Use the switch S1 to turn on or off the inrush current limiting.

In the "normal" mode the inrush current is over 2A. In "inrush current limiting" mode the inrush current is less.

I am not using powerful MOSFET, because there is no other working model in the free version of the simulator (the generic one is not working with such a low gate-source voltage).
