Integrating wireless doorbell with an old wired 3-8V system

When the receiver is connected to the mains (or the voltage is restored after a drop) it rings. Keep in mind this if you don't like false positives.

I shorted the button and connected it to the old wired 3-8V system with one diode 1N7004 and one capacitor 1000uF/16V. When the old 3-8V bell rings the transmitter is powered and is sending a signal to the receivers.
